Do I really get two certificates?
Yes. This course is structured as two full certifications — Smart Phone Repair and Tablet Repair — each with its own lessons, specialist tests, and final test. Complete both and you receive both certificates.
Do I need any experience to start?
None at all. The course starts from the very beginning with the iPhone 7, building your skills and confidence progressively through every phone model, then through the full tablet module.
Are the lessons really real video, not AI-generated?
Yes — every one of the 74 lessons is a real, recorded video filmed in real time. There is no AI-generated narration or text-to-video content anywhere in this course.
Are the training devices really functional?
Yes. They are real, functional training devices that power on. They may not function 100% in every aspect but they are real devices you can practise actual repairs on — not dummy units. Receiving them is optional and free.
How long does the course take?
There's no time limit — you have lifetime access. Most students complete all 74 lessons across both certificates in 3–5 months studying in their own time, but you can go faster or slower.
How does the certificate work?
Each of the 74 lessons ends with a quick knowledge check. After each device you'll sit a specialist test on that model. Complete the Smart Phone section's final test to unlock that certificate, and the Tablet section's final test to unlock the second.
Is the TTC certificate worth anything?
TTC is not a government-accredited qualification — it's a professional certificate issued by us, based on real-world industry training. What makes it valuable is the quality of what you learn. Repair businesses across Canada, the US, Australia and New Zealand are familiar with TTC, and the skills you graduate with are what matter most to any employer or customer.
